High-voltage Three-phase Induction Electric Motor

These series motors adopts international fashionable box construction. Some parts
such as frames and end shields are welded with sheet steel, being of the merits
of lightweight and well rigidity. Removing the top cover or cooler, the parts inside
the motors can be observed and touched for convenience of mounting and maintenance.
Series Y motors are the basic series ones with protection grade IP23. On the basis
of this series, by adding some specified parts, the certain products with different
cooling forms and protection grades can be derived conveniently.
The stators adopt hoisting or sliding external pressure assembly construction. Stator
windings are provided Class F insulation system, applied with vacuum-pressure
impregnate(VPI) technique ,equipped with magnetic slot wedge and on the ends
of the stator windings the fixing and building measures are supplied reliably. These
processes enable the windings to possess excellent insulation property, high
mechanical strength, high moisture-resistant ability and the motors to runs safely
and reliably.
The squirrel cage rotors, the cast aluminum ones, adopt with the construction of
shaft welded with ribs by means of advanced welding technology. The motors are equipped
with a cylindrical shaft extension. The motors with two shaft extensions
are also available on customer's requirements.
In accordance with the motor output and speed, two kinds of bearings can be equipped,
one is rolling bearing and the other is friction bearing. On the rolling bearings,
a greasing attachment having the use to drain or replenish the lubricating
grease without stopping the motor is equipped to drain or replenish grease periodically
for maintaining the motors.
The friction bearing are end shield spherical roller bearings. Force-feed lubrication
of oil ring self-lubrication or discontinuous lubrication forms are adopted,
meanwhile the measure of preventing shaft current creating is also adopted.
The Terminal box is enclosed construction and general located on the right side of
the motors(viewing from DE).In accordance to the customer's requirement, the terminal
box can also locate on the left side.The entry opening is downward. The
earthling terminals are separately supplied both inside and outside of the box.The
protection grade is IP54 or IP55
