Introduction:The chairman of the board as well as chief executive of the company, Mr. Zhiwei, Yang, serving the company as early as 1984, is an experienced and outstanding leader. He was assigned as the president and secretary of the CPC with the Wuxi City Changjiang Machinery Factory in December of 1990. In 1995, as the chairman of the board and the CEO, he recombined the Factory into Jiangsu Changjiang Machinery Group Co., Ltd. In January of 1997, he merged the Wuxi Mining Fan Factory with the Changjiang Changjiang Machinery Group and Mr. Yang was the concurrent president with the Wuxi Mining Fan Works. In June of 2000, the Changjiang Group with its two affiliated enterprises was reformed from the state-owned one to the privately-owned one and Mr. Yang was acted as the chairman of the board, CEO and the secretary of CPC with the Group.
